Carmelgiri College, Adimali, in association with the National Employment Service and the University Employment Information & Guidance Bureau – Model Career Centre, MG University, Kottayam, successfully organized a career orientation seminar titled "Career Jwala: Design Your Destiny with NCS" on Tuesday, 7th October 2025.

The event, held at 11:30 AM on the college campus, was jointly coordinated by the Placement Cell and IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell) of the institution. The seminar aimed to guide students on informed career choices and the opportunities available through the National Career Service (NCS) platform.

Resource persons from the Model Career Centre shared valuable insights into career planning, employment trends, and various government-supported career development initiatives. The session also included interactive discussions that helped students understand the importance of early career planning and how to effectively use NCS for job searching and skill development.

The seminar was well-attended by students and faculty members, and it was widely appreciated for its practical approach and relevance to the current job market scenario.
